Eaton Farms provides outstanding delivery services for our clients. Outstanding because we deliver on time, when we say and we very rarely fail for any reason. Eaton Farms ships much of our product using our own drivers thus being able to offer 'driver assist' in unloading throughout the year. Our drivers are trained to handle Trees properly and to meet your needs with every delivery.
During the peak shipping season we also use brokers to deliver our Trees using our trailers. Broker relationships have been built over years and in many cases we can continue to offer 'driver assist' in unloading. Our broker drivers are also very well trained to handle Trees properly at time of delivery.
Eaton Farms continues to reduce and eliminate shipping damage as a result of our efforts in loading. In each of the past two years we have set record lows in shipping damage and customer complaints. We continue to meet over 99% of all delivery times each spring and throughout the year.
Regular delivery service is available to all clients in all areas and in many areas we provide weekly delivery to support reduced inventory levels and increased product turns for our clients. At any time of the year we can deliver any size order to anyone.
