An Eaton Farms introduction in 2006, this re-blooming Hydrangea has quickly become a summer color favorite for our customers. The large blue flowers are larger and deeper in color than other traditional re-bloomers in the industry. New flower buds are formed all season long until the first frost. It's a compact grower that displays bloom without leggy and weak growth. We truly believe that Pennsylvania Pride Time After Time is the best re-blooming Hydrangea on the market today! Available in our General Container, Landscape Size Shrubs, and Summer Color programs.
An absolutely fantastic tree! This weeping specimen was actually discovered at Eaton Farms in 2002 and we are now very excited to introduce it to the industry. Pink Heartbreaker holds true to its traditional Redbud characteristics in early spring when the pink flowers explode on the branches and trunk and then producing large, dark green, heart-shaped leaves later in spring. The most outstanding feature to this tree and the reason we are truly excited to offer this to the industry is its strong, cascading branching habit, Pink Heartbreaker produces a true umbrella canopy of branches. Available in our Specialty Tree program in both high and low form.
We are currently looking closely at two more Eaton Farms introductions to the industry. A Koreanspice/carlesii Viburnum strain that was found on the nursery a few years ago. It has proven to be a more pronounced bloomer than traditional carlesii. The flower is a little smaller but much more plentiful in number, producing an outstanding display of white, very fragrant flowers in spring. This Viburnum also has a compact growing habit, only 4' in five years!
We are also working on a dwarf/weeping Hemlock introduction. The growth habit is best described as arching branches, with no central leader. Slow growing, reaching only 3' in five years.
