For Spring 2012, Eaton Farms is again offering the Pre-Pricing Label Program. Our program is designed to be totally customer friendly with the ability to customize each tag to your individual needs! Eaton Farms offers customer specific labeling in addition to our already outstanding picture tags. These labels can include your company name and/or logo, telephone number, UPC code, SKU number, retail price information and whatever else YOU WANT! Eaton Farms Pre-Pricing Label Plan

Eaton Farms Pricing Recommendations:

• Eaton Farms does not recommend pre-pricing of nursery stock from standard formulas.

• Preferred Formula:

  Catalog Price + Delivery Costs x Mark-Up Example:

  $10.00 + $1.00 x 2.3 = $25.30
  $25.30 = $29.00 (Quality Marketing)
• Eaton Farms recommends you adjust retail price based on market conditions and other pricing strategies.
• In order to be compliant with the Department of Weights & Measures, Eaton Farms recommends using: Grown for: City, State, Zip, and Size on your tag.
• Larger printed prices for your customer.

Terms & Conditions of Pre-Pricing Label Program:

• Data exchange must be completed by 2/15/2012.
• After 2/15, Eaton Farms may not be able to make changes to your prices.
• Tag must be approved by 2/28/2012.
• Deadlines will be strictly enforced, they are not guidelines.
• Data entry must be done on Excel Worksheet sent to you from Eaton Farms.
• Data exchange is handled via email in customized Excel format set up by Eaton Farms or on a computer disc.
• Data input must be completed during off-season. During spring, Eaton Farms cannot guarantee processing additional data.
• Data Input is done once a year on an Excel worksheet, which can be emailed or sent on a disc. To complete the worksheet, enter your formula, make any adjustments on your retail prices, and approve all of your retail prices. 
• All Eaton Farms inventory items must be priced.
• Information is printed on a 1" x 9" yellow tag with black print.
• All Label Information Options may not fit on the tag. Please call us and we can go over your priorities.
• Labeling is charged as a line item per invoice and is eligible for discount.
• It is the customer's responsibility to approve tags and pricing.Eaton Farms is not responsible after the customer has given approval or the customer does not meet timeline requirements.

Acceptance of Pre-Pricing Terms & Conditions:

LIABILITY: It is mutually agreed that our liability for any errors or other claims is confined to and shall not exceed the original purchase price. In no event shall Eaton Farms be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your purchase of our nursery tags.
